This tool counts text you type or paste into the box instantly in your browser: characters (with and without spaces), words, sentences, paragraphs, plus approximate reading and speaking time. On the same screen you can see the 10 most frequent words, convert the text to upper case, lower case, sentence case or title case, strip extra whitespace, and generate a URL slug from it. Case conversion for Turkish text respects the i/İ and ı/I distinction.
The limit indicators are based on widely accepted reference values: a page title at 60, a meta description at 160, a Google Ads headline at 30 and its description at 90, an X post at 280, an Instagram caption at 2200, a LinkedIn post at 3000 characters. The SMS limit is 160 characters, but if the text contains characters outside the basic GSM-7 set the encoding changes, which cuts a single message down to 70 characters. Reading time assumes 200 words per minute and speaking time 130, both are approximate.
Reading and speaking times are based on a fixed average, the real time depends on the difficulty of the text and on the person reading or speaking it. Word frequency is a simple count, it doesn't replace SEO keyword density analysis and doesn't check grammar or spelling. The generated URL slug converts common characters to ASCII, but it is still worth checking it by eye before publishing.

Why does the SMS limit drop for Turkish characters?
Turkish characters (ç, ğ, ı, ö, ş, ü) fall outside the basic GSM-7 set used by SMS, so the message switches to UCS-2 encoding, which cuts a single message from 160 down to 70 characters.
How accurate is the reading time?
It's an approximation based on an average silent reading speed of 200 words per minute; the real time varies with the reader and how difficult the text is.
Does title case handle Turkish i and ı correctly?
Yes, the converter follows Turkish rules (using toLocaleUpperCase), so a lower-case i becomes İ and ı pairs with I, avoiding the common ASCII case bug.
