Brand & Corporate Identity

Brand and Corporate Identity: From Positioning to Logo

A brand is far more than your logo. It’s the impression built up at every touchpoint — from the moment someone first sees you, to the tone of an email, the layout of a presentation, the words your customer service team uses. We don’t leave that impression to chance. We start with brand strategy, clarify what you say and to whom, then turn that into logo, colour, typography and visual language.

What we do

01

Brand Strategy and Positioning

We clarify where you stand in the market, the promise that sets you apart, and the message you give your target audience. We build the brand’s foundation through competitor analysis, audience definition and a positioning statement.

02

Corporate Identity System

From business cards to presentation templates, email signatures to document layouts, we tie every corporate material together with one visual logic.

03

Logo, Emblem and Visual Language

A logo that scales and reads clearly across every channel, paired with a cohesive visual system built from colour palette, typography, icon language and graphic elements.

04

UX/UI and Interface Design

We design your website and digital product interfaces in the same language as your brand. A smooth, consistent experience where users find what they’re looking for easily.

05

Content and Tone of Voice

We define how the brand speaks: tone, word choice, sample headlines and copy. So whoever writes it, the brand speaks with one voice.

06

Graphics, Visuals and Video Production

Social media visuals, promotional videos, presentations and marketing materials — concrete content that carries the identity built by strategy into everyday production.

Overview

Our work runs on two layers. The first is strategy: where you sit in the market, what sets you apart from the rest, which promise you’re making to which audience. The second is the visible form of that strategy: a corporate identity system, logo and emblem, colour palette, typography, visual language, interface design and tone of voice. We never separate the two, because visual work built without solid ground falls apart before long.

What you end up with isn’t a one-off file, but a consistent system your team can use every day. Whether it’s a new social post, a proposal document or a web page, everyone follows the same rules; the brand feels the same everywhere. Consistency builds trust, and over time it becomes your most valuable asset.

Process

How we work

01

Discovery and Strategy

We listen to your business, your audience and your competitors. We clarify goals, market position and the brand’s promise together, and put together a roadmap.

02

Concept and Direction

We develop a few visual directions on top of the strategy. We present logo and identity concepts and decide together on a single direction.

03

Design and Development

We carry the chosen direction across the whole system: logo, colour, typography, interface and templates. We refine the details through rounds of feedback.

04

Guideline and Delivery

We deliver all outputs alongside the brand guideline, and hand your team how to use them. If you’d like, we stay with you afterwards too.

Who This Is For

  • New businesses starting from scratch who want a solid, consistent brand foundation from day one
  • Established companies with visuals that have drifted out of sync over time and a scattered message, looking to bring their identity back together
  • Growing brands whose current identity has started to feel too small for their new goals and audience
  • Teams launching a new product, service or sub-brand who want to position it in a voice consistent with the main brand

What You Gain

  • A recognisable, consistent brand that feels the same at every touchpoint — coherence instead of clutter
  • Clear communication that knows what to say to whom; a foundation that ends the guesswork in content production
  • A system your team can run on their own; a setup where you check a guideline instead of starting from scratch with every new visual
  • A brand perception that stands apart from the rest through the right positioning, builds trust, and grows in value over time
Working model

Working Model and Pricing

The real scope of the work sets the price, so we don’t quote an upfront figure. We start with a discovery call: we clarify what you need, which outputs are required and the timeline. After that we give you a clear proposal that spells out scope, stages and cost; what you approve is what you pay, with no surprises along the way. A start limited to just a logo and core identity is possible, and so is an end-to-end brand build that includes strategy. We usually run the work as a project model with a defined deliverable; we break larger engagements into stages and plan each one separately. Once the brand is built, if you need ongoing content and continuous production, we can also work long-term on a monthly retainer. We decide together which model suits you after discovery.

FAQ

Questions on your mind

How long does a brand identity project take?

It depends on scope. Just a logo and core visual identity takes less time, while an end-to-end engagement covering strategy, corporate identity system and brand guideline needs longer. After the discovery call we give you a realistic timeline, and you can see clearly where things stand throughout the process.

How is the cost decided?

Cost is set by scope: how many outputs are requested, whether strategy is included, how many rounds of revision, and similar factors. That’s why we don’t quote a fixed list price. Once discovery has clarified your need, we give you a proposal that spells out every item clearly. As long as you stay within the approved scope, the cost doesn’t change.

How exactly does the process run?

We move through four steps: discovery and strategy, concept and direction, design and development, then guideline and delivery. At every stage we show you the work and take your feedback; decisions are made together. That way the end result is never a surprise — it takes shape step by step, together.

We already have a logo and visuals — do we have to throw it all away?

No. We first assess your current state. Whatever’s solid and working, we keep and build on; often tidying up the scattered parts and filling the gaps is all that’s needed. A complete overhaul only happens when it’s genuinely necessary, and with your approval.

Is our information about our files and brand safe with you?

Yes. The brand information, files and internal materials you share with us are used only for your project and never shared with third parties. At the end of the engagement, all source files and usage rights are handed over to you; the brand is yours, and nothing stays tied to us.

What happens after delivery — does support continue?

Delivery comes with the brand guideline, so your team can run the system independently. Afterwards, if you need new visuals, campaign materials or ongoing content production, we stay with you. If that need is continuous, we can keep the relationship going long-term on a monthly model.

How do we get started?

With a short discovery call. In that call we listen to your business, your goals and your needs, and clarify the scope together. Then we give you a clear proposal covering the stages and the cost. Once you approve it, we start work; you don’t need a ready brief to begin — we can build one together too.
