Privacy and cookie notice

The two forms on the site ask for different information. In both cases, the IP address and browser information at the time of submission are also recorded, to help prevent misuse.

• Check-up request: full name, your role at the company, email, phone, website or social media account, and a short note.
• Job and internship application: full name, email, phone, city, the area you applied for, your experience and working preference; for internships also school, department, year and internship period; your LinkedIn and portfolio link, the text you wrote, and the CV file (PDF) you uploaded.

We use it to review the form you submitted and to get back to you. This information is not used for any other purpose, is not sold to third parties and is not added to any marketing list.

The form you submit is sent to the company's email inbox and a record is kept on the web server. When you submit a form, you receive a single confirmation email letting you know it has arrived.

The information is kept for as long as needed to review it. If you want it deleted, write to info@rabbitclip.co and it will be deleted on request.

The site runs Google Analytics 4. Your IP address is processed in truncated form; advertising personalisation and Google signals are switched off, and no advertising cookies are used. For measurement, Google's cookies starting with _ga are set in your browser.

You can delete or block these cookies through your browser settings. The site works with cookies switched off as well.

The tools on the site work in two groups.

• Site audit tools (page speed, SEO audit, security, broken links and similar): the address you enter is read by our server. The result is kept in server memory for around ten minutes so it can be returned quickly if the same address is checked again shortly after; it is not stored permanently.
• Generator and helper tools (UTM builder, QR code, robots.txt, text counter and similar): these run entirely in your browser, and the information you enter is not sent to our server. Some of them store your last entered values only in your own browser.
• Two tools send a query directly from your browser to a third-party service: the page speed test sends the address you enter to the Google PageSpeed service, and the email and DNS check sends the domain you enter to Cloudflare and Google's public DNS service.

Your data may be shared with the following providers: Google (measurement and PageSpeed), Cloudflare (DNS lookup), and our email and hosting providers. These providers' servers may be located abroad, and your data may be processed there.

You can write to info@rabbitclip.co to find out what data is held about you, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

If this notice is updated, the date at the top of the page will change.
