Do I have to take a single service, or can I get a package?
Both work. You can ask for just a website, a mobile app or a marketing campaign, or hand us an end-to-end setup spanning brand, software, infrastructure and advertising as a single project. Taken as a whole, the pieces are designed to talk to each other, which saves both time and cost.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A single-page site can be delivered in a few weeks, while bespoke software or a multi-channel setup can span a few months. After discovery, we give you a realistic timeline with delivery dates — not an estimate, but a schedule we’ve both agreed on.
How is cost decided — do you have a price list?
We don’t have a fixed price list, because every job’s scope differs. We set the price after the discovery call: we look at the size of the work, the technologies involved and the timeline, then put together a clear proposal. On larger projects we split payment into stages; for ongoing work we offer project or monthly retainer models. You know upfront what you’re paying for.
How do you use AI in projects?
We treat AI as a tool that earns its keep, not decoration. We build it into concrete needs — customer support assistants, content and recommendation systems, process automation, data analysis. As an AI-native team, the first question on every project is: can this be done faster, cheaper or smarter with AI? Where the answer is yes, we apply it.
Can you work with our existing systems and infrastructure?
Yes. You don’t have to rebuild your CRM, ecommerce platform, accounting software or bespoke systems from scratch. During discovery we review your existing infrastructure and agree together what to keep and what to improve. Integration, data migration and working smoothly with your existing team are a natural part of our job.
Do you offer support after the project is finished?
Our job doesn’t end at launch. After going live, we stay with you for maintenance, updates, bug fixes and performance monitoring. You can work with an ongoing monthly support agreement, or call us as needed. Our aim is to keep the system growing smoothly after delivery too.
