Working Model and Pricing
Every piece of software has a different scope, so we don’t give a fixed price list; the real scope of the work sets the price. The process always starts with a discovery call: we talk through what you want to build, which features are critical, and your existing systems. After that call we put together a written proposal that clearly lays out scope, timeline and cost — no surprise line items. We usually split the project into stages, so you see a working result at each one and approve before we continue. Depending on the nature of the work, we offer two models: a fixed-scope project model for work with a clear beginning and end, and a monthly retainer model for ongoing development, maintenance and new features. We decide together which one suits you after discovery. Payment follows the stages too; we never ask for the full amount upfront.

How long does a software project take?
It depends on the scope. A small, single-purpose app can be finished in a few weeks, while a multi-user SaaS product or enterprise system can take a few months. After the discovery call we give you a staged, realistic timeline — not an estimate, but a schedule we’ve agreed together.
How is the cost decided?
Cost is set by the scope of the work: which features are involved, how many screens and systems are needed, whether integrations are required, and how much data is involved. That’s why we run discovery first, clarify the need, then produce a written, clear proposal. We don’t quote a made-up starting price; the proposal is based on the reality of the job.
How does the process run — will I stay informed?
We break the process into stages and show a working result at each one. We share regularly what we’ve done, take your feedback and agree direction together. You’re part of the process throughout, not just at the end; it’s always clear where things stand.
Can it integrate with our existing systems or software?
Yes. We build API integrations with the payment systems, ERP/CRM tools, accounting software and third-party services you already use. Renewing, extending or connecting an existing piece of software to other systems is also part of what we do.
How are our data and security protected?
We build to store your data securely: permissions, encryption and access control are part of the architecture. The data is yours; where it’s stored and who can access it is transparent. Backups and a safe update flow are part of the setup from deployment onward.
What happens after the software is delivered — is there maintenance?
Delivery isn’t the end. We offer post-launch maintenance, monitoring, updates and support for new features. We can run this as a separate post-project agreement or as a monthly retainer. Because the source code and documentation are yours, you’re also free to continue with another team whenever you choose.
