Email Signature Generator
Enter your details, pick a layout and copy an HTML signature to paste into your email client.
Tool
An email signature is the small block at the end of each message that shows your name, role and ways to reach you. This tool takes your full name, title, company, up to two phone numbers, email, website, address and LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube links. It produces table-based HTML with inline styles in one of three layouts: plain, left rule, or two columns with a logo. The live preview updates as you type, and any field you leave empty is simply left out.
You can take the result in three ways: copy the signature with its formatting and paste it straight in, copy the HTML code, or download it as an .html file. The accent colour is given as a HEX code; for text on a white background, a contrast of 4.5:1 (WCAG AA) is a sensible target. Logos and photos are not uploaded; you enter an address that starts with https. The image loads from that address on the recipient's screen, so it must be hosted somewhere online.
Every email client renders HTML by its own rules. The preview shows your browser's rendering, so small differences may appear in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Some clients hide external images until the reader allows them, dark mode can alter colours, and plain-text emails show no formatting at all. You write the legal note yourself; the tool does not suggest legal wording. For an important company signature, send yourself a test email before rolling it out.
FAQ
Where do I paste the signature in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail?
All three have a signature section in their settings; menu names change often, so search the settings for the word signature. In Gmail and Apple Mail, paste the formatted copy straight into the signature box; in Outlook, create a new signature and paste into its editing area.
Why can't I upload my logo as a file?
The image in a signature is loaded from a web address when the recipient opens the email. So your logo has to sit at an address starting with https, for example on your own website. The tool takes no files; it only writes that address into the signature.
Is the information I enter stored?
No. The signature is built entirely in your browser; your name, phone, email and other details are never sent anywhere or stored. Closing the page clears the fields, so save the HTML code separately.
Why is the signature built with tables?
Email clients do not support modern web layout methods in the same way. Tables with inline styles make it more likely that the layout survives in different clients, though they cannot promise an identical look everywhere.
